Large double room available in a modern, spacious 3-bedroom house for £625 per month including bills.

I live alone, so there would only be me and you living in the entire house when you join me, meaning plenty of space and privacy.

The room is a generous double bedroom on the second floor and features a triple wardrobe, bedside tables, mounted TV, desk and chair. You will have your own separate bathroom directly next to the bedroom for your own use, including bath and electric shower. I sleep on the third floor, so you would effectively have your own area of the house on the second floor.

You’ll have full use of the shared kitchen, dining and living areas and garden when I’m not there. I’m out of the house fairly regularly, so there will be plenty of occasions where you have the house to yourself.

The house is modern, clean and well looked after, with a large open-plan kitchen/living area and plenty of space to relax.

Parking is available on the road by the house and there are direct bus routes into Crewe and surrounding areas.
