Furnished double room

I have a furnished double room to rent in Carrbrook, just outside of Stalybridge. There are good connections into Manchester with buses and train links. The property is also close to the countryside and the peak district with lots of opportunity for walks. The house itself has a large kitchen, a large living room, 1 bathroom and a garden. I don't have a drive but there is street parking available. I own the house and live here too. I enjoy cooking and going out for walks, I try and keep myself busy over the weekend and tend to stay in on week nights. My ideal housemate would be a professional who is clean, tidy and sociable. I also have a cat called Minnie.
