A double bed is available along with some other furniture as can be seen in the photos. The room is lovely and light, with twin aspect windows that bring in the light and help keep the room cool in the summer.

Shared facilities include lounge / sitting room, large kitchen / dining room and a 1st floor 'games' room.. The House is fully equipped with dishwasher, washer, large American style Fridge freezer, range cooker, microwave, full fibre broadband and garden / patio.

This is a family home. My partner and I live here with my partner's daughter. We are all easy going, flexible and easy to get on with. We are looking for people who are clean and tidy like us, who don't mind having two cocker spaniels around (who are well trained and do not go upstairs at all).

The room would suit someone looking for a full time room, or someone looking for week day accommodation only. The rent includes all bills including council tax, utilities and broadband.
