Large double bedroom to rent within a modern spacious first floor two-bedroom apartment.

I am looking to rent to a professional person, most likely someone working typical day time working hours (as I do). However, I’m also happy to consider someone working shifts, bearing in mind that I will generally be in the apartment from 5:30pm on weekdays.

You will be sharing the apartment with myself. I am in my fifties and work as a Bidding Manager for a construction company.

The apartment is one of six within a purpose-built development, built within the last five years.
