The rent includes all bills, including sky broadband.

Situated on a quiet street, with a Tesco Express, Morrisons, Aldi and B&M all less than a 5 min walk away.

Great access to the M60, and ideal for Manchester Airport and Stockport train Station.

Plenty of easy parking available.

20 min walk into the lovely Cheadle Village, with many shops, pubs and restaurants.

About me, I'm an easy going, sociable, professional, working Mon-Fri, 9-5 as a full time photographer.

I'm looking for a clean, tidy and respectful tenant.
