This area of Stockport is walking distance of the town and train station, and just over a mile to Stepping Hill Hospital too. There are great public transport links and road links and the area is particularly good for airport access.
This large Victorian terrace has been lovingly refurbished, so all facilitlies and furniture are brand spanking new! We've given it a contemporary feel inside with large fitted kitchen and more cupboards than you could shake a stick at (including dishwasher, range oven, washing machine, microwave). A lounge area just off the kitchen has patio doors to the small garden, with patio and garden furniture. It's a sunny spot during the day and great for topping up the tan.
The room is a comfortable size at over 11sqm and has an ensuite shower room , including toilet and basin. The bed is queen size (4ft, small double) and a wardrobe and matching set of drawers are also included. There is also a desk & chair, desk lamp, bedside stand & lamp. We hope we've thought of everything and those who've seen the property have said "Wow" rather convincingly :-)
After a refurb taking a long 12 months, the property has only just recently been finished & 2 tenants (aged 24-40) have moved in in the last couple of weeks. Both are easy going, professionals and looking forward to more people joining them. (I would say 'inmates' but unlike the Hotel California you will be allowed to leave!)

* Broadband & Netflix included for rainy night entertainment
* Lots of on street parking available. Parking permits are available but we've never needed one.

* Fabulous public transport links, the fast train to Manchester takes less than 15 minutes and the bus stop is also just minutes away. Stockport is a very easy place to escape from!
