Double room with sole use of main bathroom

Double room, fully furnished, with sole use of the main bathroom (I have an en suite). I have ordered a new double bed and mattress, so the room will be ready from 28 May.
Fortnightly cleaner for communal areas. All bills and council tax included.
There is a spare box room that you could use as a dressing room or office if required.
Shared use of kitchen/dining room, living room and large garden.
Lots of on road parking. Three minute walk from Woodsmoor train station, with regular trains to Stockport and Manchester.
I am a 33 year old solicitor, I work long hours from home most week days (I have my own office), and I have a cat called Ollie.
I had a lodger for two years but she recently moved in with her boyfriend. Would prefer a female lodger after knowing that worked well. She could give me a reference if required.
I’m very easy going, just ask that you look after the house like it’s your own and clean up after yourself!
