I’m a chilled, easy going guy, work a 9-5 as a photographer.
I’d like my flatmate to be clean, tidy and respectful to my property. This is a quiet house in a quiet area.
The room is fully furnished, has recently been painted. It comes with a bed, bedside drawers, chest of drawers, wardrobe, ironing board and iron. It also has a tv point.
Plenty of street parking.
Good transport links and close to M60.
Lots of local shops that are a short walk. Including Aldi, Morrisons, Go Outdoors, Tesco express etc.
Neighbours are quiet and friendly.
The house has a good sized garden with decking. Shared areas of kitchen, dining area, lounge and bathroom.
