Homely Double room in Bramhall to rent

Hi we have a furnished double bedroom in our detached 4 bed house in stockport available for rent immediately in the quiet village of Bramhall.
There is parking on the drive, two lounges, a large new kitchen and separate dining area, downstairs loo, shared bathroom upstairs with walk in shower (if you are up and out early you will have access to this to yourself as residents tend to use later on). If you wish to bring some bedroom furniture we can accolade this as we have garage space also.
We are 5 min walk from Bramhall train station with trains to stockport, Manchester hourly. A bus stop opposite the house, 15 mins from stepping hill hospital and 20 mins from Manchester airport on the new bypass so great if you work there.
Bramhall village has lots of bars and restaurants and we are in the catchment for plenty of food delivery places! Cheadle Royal with John Lewis, Sainsbury's and the handforth Dean retail park with M&S and Next are all within a 10 min drive and there is a coop on the end of the street.
We are a semi retired couple that likes to travel, read and cool, whose children have flown the next but who make short visits daily and on weekends and we would like to share our home with someone professional, friendly and a foodie ideally as we love to cook daily. We are very open but unfortunately due to religious reasons ask that no pork is cooked on the premises.
We are open to Mon-Fri rentals as well as 7 days or short term. We don’t mind people who work shifts etc so please reach out and rent and deposits etc can be discussed. We look forward to hearing from you.
