Double room in Stockport house (Edgeley)

--the room--
Double room available in a 2 bedroom house sharing with myself. Room comes furnished with wardrobe/shelves and desk ideal for working from home.

-the house--
fairly standard 2 bed terraced house, open plan dining / living room downstairs, upstairs bathroom plus a new kitchen extension and small garden / yard area.

landlord is currently moving out (hence the mess in the living/dining room area pics haha) but the house is fully furnished =) landlord is super chilled - happy for us to put up pictures, paint anything etc.

--the area--
House is less than a 10 minute walk from Stockport train station then Manchester Piccadilly is c.10mins on the train - plus loads of nice places to eat/drink/shop in the nearby areas.

--the housemate--
Im David - I work for a charity, so am a mix of sometimes away for work, sometimes in the office and sometimes working from home.

I love cooking food (and cooking food for housemates if you are interested!), music (I run a record label and DJ in Manchester on the weekends), enjoy running/hiking, keeping up to date with both politics and trashy TV in equal measure - pretty easy going so get on with most people regardless of their interests. I'm a clean/tidy person who respects my housemates space and would want the same from a potential housemate.

Looking for a housemate who is happy doing their own thing sometimes but also would be up for doing the occasional thing together (cooking for each other, watching a film etc!)
