Large Double Room in Friendly House

hi. I'm Jo. I'm looking for someone pleasant to move in to this friendly household. The house itself is very comfortable, with all the things you would expect - broadband, power shower, central heating, washing machine, etc The location is great - its a five minute walk to Stockport train station, 10 minutes to the bus station and very quick(5 minutes dependent on traffic) to drive to the motorway. The back yard backs onto a park. The room is downstairs and looks better than it does in the photos! Its a very good sized double with plenty of storage; all previous lodgers have been very happy there, most staying for a year or longer. As it's downstairs it feels very private and cozy. The room is let with shared use of the kitchen, bathroom and garden. Its a strictly no smoking household. As well as me, (I'm a teacher) the house is shared with a lodger, Magda, who works in a cafe and a labrodor type dog, called Izzie, who is very well behaved and very friendly and a small collie cross Quinn who is a bot shy - previous lodgers have enjoyed coming home to a wagging tail!. All bills are included and there is wifi and a TV connection (and TV) in the room. A Monday-Friday arrangement at a reduced rate would be considered.
