Furnished Double Bedroom available in a 3-bed mid terrace house in Cale Green, Stockport - strictly on a commuting arrangement only - Mon evening to Friday morning (4 nights) - no weekends.

The house is in very easy reach of Stockport Town Centre, M60 Junction 1, is directly off the main A6. The house is a 12 minute walk from Stockport Train Station. Great central location for a variety of towns, industrial estates in the South Manchester/North Cheshire region. The area is serviced by many local amenities - supermarkets, shopping areas, cinemas etc.

The live-in landlord is the only other occupant - female, professional, early 30s. There are no pets in the property. No smoking within the house, smokers may use the garden.

The house is situated on a wide street which has parking on both sides. One side is Residential Parking - a visitors' permit is available. The other side is single yellow lines, but parking is allowed from 6pm until 8am the following morning. Neighbouring roads have unrestricted parking.

The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, a dressing table/desk, wardrobe and hangers, drawers and a small digital TV (freeview). Bedding provided. Towels can also be provided on request.

The house has a split living/dining room and moderate sized kitchen to the ground floor. Three bedrooms and a small but recently modernised bathroom to the first floor. The house has high speed Wi-Fi. Bills are included in the £300 pcm month rent, but food and telephone calls are not included. A security deposit of £300 is requested at the beginning of the tenancy. The lodger will be required to sign a standard commuting tenancy agreement and provide proof of ID and references (current employer or former landlord).
