Large Victorian house set back from the road, with south west large decking area ideal to have a glass of wine or beer. Offering good sized re-furbished double room with en-suite. All rooms have TV, comfy chair, hanging space etc. complete with bed linen which is changed every few weeks.
Rooms tidied, bed made, bin emptied every Monday, all areas cleaned weekly. Everything you require in the kitchen from pots, pans, cutlery right down to T towels and washing up liquid.

Car parking for two cars to the front of the property as well as parking to the rear of the property for four cars.

1/2 mile to Stockport train station
0.3 miles to Davenport train station
Manchester Airport approx. 6 miles
Manchester City Center approx 6 miles

SERVICED ACCOMMODATION IS PURELY FOR SOMEONE WORKING MONDAY TO FRIDAY.

As a live-in homeowner I have my own private facilities, always at the end of the phone for a text or a knock on the door if there is a problem.
If you want peace and quiet you have it. My house is a very respectful and QUIET house, we all have busy lives and respect one another's privacy.
