Seeking professional female. Double room available

Gorgeous 3 bed house in Stockport; you'll be 1 of only 2 occupants. Large living room & dining area, bathroom & downstairs loo, garden and garage to rear, front driveway will accommodate 2 cars. I act as the landlord & live in the house, I'm pretty easy going, tidy and can cook & bake quite well. I'm a 31 yr old professional female, and sociable but not out drinking every weekend! (Just some!) looking for someone who will respect the house & enjoy it :0) Would prefer a professional female. I'm open to you bringing a well trained pet. Double Bedroom available is fully furnished.
