The room is at the top of a three storey house in a very quiet street. It has plenty of storage, a comfortable double bed, broadband access. The bathroom is currently shared with one other (femaile) also living on the top floor. It has a bath with an electric shower and plenty of storage for toiletries. The kitchen is shared and all pots/utensils are available for use. There is a larder fridge solely for tenant use. There is a large cupboard with several shelves for food storage (shared between two). There is a dishwasher and a washing machine for use. Lines outside for drying, and racks inside when it rains! We are a group of older professionals who are sociable but value your privacy. There is a large cellar where you can keep a bike if necessary.
The rent includes weekly cleaning of communal areas - bathroom and kitchen. It also includes cleaning materials and toilet rolls! There are train stations within 5 minutes walk which go to Stockport and Central Manchester. There are bus stops within five minutes walk. A great gastro pub is less than 5 minutes walk. The airport is only 20 minutes away by car. Stepping HIll hospital is 10 minutes away on foot.
