Double room looking for a lodger!

House close to Stockport town centre and transport connections, easy for Manchester (train station a few minutes walk away and ten mins on train to Piccadilly) and M60 (Bredbury junction).

House newly decorated, bright, clean and tasteful design. 'Walk in shower' bathroom, new kitchen, large enclosed back garden and high speed internet.

This is not a 'party house'; looking for professional lodger working full time days and who has a life/social life out of the house at the weekends (and who would enjoy the occasional 'housemate' night out/in).

So if you're a clean and tidy, professional person who is experienced in sharing a house so 'knows the ropes' in terms of giving others privacy and being respectful with noise etc. etc. and is looking for a nice place to lodge - please do get in contact.
