Double room in new build

I am looking for someone to share my flat with I work various shifts over the week and am often away. Nicely furnished apartment room with fitted units and can come with or without a bed.
Full broadband access, large projector screen in lounge and able to record programs, also washer and dryer.

There is no off road parking however there is on street parking with a permit.
