En-suite double room, bills included, Stockport

I am looking to move out in a couple of weeks as I am working in Liverpool.

The room available is a lovely double room, with sink area (kitchenette) and en-suite. All bills are included in the rent, there is just a separate electric key for the room (which currently costs me around £25 per month). Deposit is one month's rent at £411.67.

The house has a communal kitchen, living room, dining room and separate laundry room with 2 washer-dryers.

Parking is available with a permit (around £30 for the year from the local Library). There is also street parking available without a permit.

Housemates are great; clean and tidy and all work 9-5.

The house is ideally located just outside Stockport centre and 3 minute drive from the M60. It's a 10 minute walk to the train station with a 7 minute train to Manchester Picadilly.
