Professional House Share - Stockton Heath

I have a very large double bedroom available in my house on Hill Top Road in Stockton Heath available to rent. No couples please. The room is furnished including a double bed, wardrobe and two sets of drawers. You will have usage of a newly renovated bathroom shared with the other bedroom. There is also a separate ground floor WC. The house has a garden, is large and newly renovated on one of the nicest roads in the area. The open plan kitchen family and utility room will be shared with myself and my small dog. I work full time Monday to Friday for a developer in the property sector. All bills are included Parking is on the road but it's very easy to park and a highly residential tree-lined road.
