Lovely Semi Self Contained En-Suite Room

Hi!

We are looking for a Monday to Friday (or max 4 nights a week) professional female/lady/girl! to live in our loft conversion!....us being 47 year old me and my 14 year old daughter.

We live in the lovely vibrant village of Tattenhall which is just 8 miles from Chester. Under normal circumstances we are on the doorstep of the village pubs, a Chinese, Indian, a chippy and a Spar. We are also only a mile and a half away from Cheshire Farms Ice Cream Farm.

The loft conversion is one room -it's comfortable and cosy with everything you need for almost self contained living.

You have your own fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, cutlery, crockery etc which is just inside the door before you head up the stairs to the loft room.

The room is modern, light and airy. It has a single bed with a guest bed under, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, two seater settee, butterfly dining table and chairs and a tv stand.

The bathroom is a modern white en-suite and has a generous sized bath with a shower tap.

The only thing you may need to share with us is the cooker/oven and the washer.

The rent includes council tax, gas and electricity and wifi.

There is an off road parking space on the drive. We do have a bus service to Chester or Whitchurch but it isn't the greatest. Buses run roughly every hour but the last bus out of Chester is 6. 30pm and out of the village to Chester it's 7pm.
