Room To Let Female

Room rent in house share with live in landlord,
480 a month.
looking for a female student or professional looking for a room to rent not long term.
includes all bills and broadband -not food or personal toiletries.

I have a detached bungalow with parking and a garden. this is a double room fully furnished with three door wardrobe, chest of draws and a desk.

i live in the house and i have a dog so must be a dog lover . and willing to make a fuss of her and let her out if your in and about and i am out.

ideally i would like someone who is considerate of others ,not someone who has friends round all the time till late hours as I work through the week.

i am easy going and flexible and will consider short/long term rentals or Monday to Friday lets. ideally i am not looking for someone who wants forever.
room is avaible from start of october 2024.

I am a sociable person happy to have someone chill in front room with me ,I like to play on the ps4 some nights but I can move that to my room if you would want to watch tv .
I don't have people in and out the house my sister and husband may pop round with thier dog ,and one or 2 of my friends now and again.
One may stay with her son ocationally
