Room in a tidy, clean 2 bed terrace house

I am looking for someone to take on that room in my house. I am a teacher who enjoys sport and spending time with friends. I have a well behaved and friendly dog so you would have to like dogs to live here. The room is furnished with a queen double bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bed side table. All bills are included. Rent is negotiable, the right person is more important than the exact amount.
