New Lodger Required

I’m a 27 year old apartment owner looking for a new lodger. Ideally it would be someone who needs the place mon-fri but open to having a full time lodger. My previous lodger lived here full time and was very clean, easy going and respectful of the place while ive been away so ideally looking for someone who can fill his boots.

I work in the Royal Marines so spend a lot of time working away so you’d pretty much have the place to yourself apart from easter/summer/christmas when i’ll be back in town for 2/3 weeks and the odd weekend every now and again.

The apartment has 2 double bedrooms 1 of which has an ensuite which is the bedroom im currently situated in, theres a new second bathroom in the hallway with a bath/shower which has recently been done. Alternatively if you feel you require the ensuite then im open to negotiate swapping rooms.

Doesnt currently have wifi as im not there enough to need it but id happily look into getting a tv/wifi bundle of some sort.

Offstreet parking with an allocated space. Ideal location in the new estate about 2minutes drive from town centre. Easy access to multiple motorways (M62 M56 and M6).
