Double room in Thelwall, Warrington (5 minute drive to M6/M56, in an apartment overlooking the locks on Manchester ship canal. With off-road parking.

I usually work away in the week so effectively you would have the place to yourself a lot of the time.

The property is furnished, with good WiFi, a washing machine and all kitchen appliances/utensils (cooker, microwave, etc) you could possibly want. And has off-road parking.

I am a clean and tidy person, easy to get along with and easy going. I am active, into fitness, walking up the occasional mountain and shamefully enjoy cheap coffee.
