Small double room, Warrington

House share with small double room in very well presented home close to town centre. I own the house and would like a flatmate to share the cost of the bills as well as having a bit of company. I have a small, well behaved dog who lives here half the week and does not shed his fur at all. The house has a garden, parking, internet, Netflix. I would like a housemate who is quite tidy :)
