We are looking for a working professional to come and join this friendly shared house. This established household is shared by working professionals, and has a calm and relaxing atmosphere, which the owners are keen to maintain.

Since we like to ensure our properties are occupied by likeminded individuals from similar social backgrounds, to help us identify the best person to join this household, we will be hosting some viewings over the coming weeks.

This modern room in a recently renovated house is located less than a 15 minute minute walk away from the Tesco express on Winwick Road and other local amenities such as Orford Jubilee Hub with its gym, swimming pool and rackets facilities which is only 7 minutes away on foot. Nearby we also have the Winwick Road retail park and there are of course several major motorway networks all just a short drive away.

Being within such easy walking distance to the town centre from here you have easy access to some of the largest employers in town - for example Amazon, Hermes and The Hut Group being a little over 20 minutes by bicycle.
