It’s located in the centre of Warrington, one minutes walk from Warrington central train station and the bus station, and the town centre. Walking distance to lots of amenities. There is also plenty of free private car parking spaces outside the building for residents.

I’ll be moving out of the property in April 2021, so the new tenant must be willing to take the property on, on their own after this. (Or you can get another flat mate like I am or just vacate in April)
