This property is very high end. It's one of the best properties we manage - probably even one of the best properties we have seen.
If you are looking for a comfortable, better than average (and not just a little better…but blow’yer socks off better) room to rent, in an all ensuite household of working professionals, this seriously might be worth a look.
The rooms here are very tastefully decorated and furnished. You will have access to modern fitted kitchen and sitting area/work space.
Just a 1 minute walk to a local takeaway and mini-market, you won’t need to venture far to get all you need! But if you do want that little bit extra, then Sainsbury's is just a 10 minute walk away. For recreation, you can walk to nearby parks in 5 minutes and the Pure Gym in Warrington Town centre is just a 13 minute walk away
As you can imagine, we see a lot of properties, and manage a lot of rooms. All of the rooms we manage are safe, comfortable and clean. But every now and again one property shines brighter than the others. This is one of those properties.
Our minimum contract is for 6 month minimum, but you can pretty much stay as long as you want.
Just imagine the relief of finally being able to avoid that horrible long commute to and from work, of having somewhere more akin to a hotel room to come home too each day after work, knowing all your bills* are taken care of.
