We are looking for a working professional to join a 5 bed house share on Bramhall Street.

This property is well located with easy access to the town centre and a supermarket nearby (Lidl). It also benefits from a secure bike store and on street parking.
Warrington Hospital, Golden Square Shopping Centre and Bank Quay train station are all 15 minutes on foot. The Omega site is about 20 minutes by bike.

With just 5 rooms, you will be sharing with a maximum of 4 other people. Bills are included and a regular cleaner is provided as a courtesy. Wi-Fi is available at the property with a nominal charge of under one pound per week to connect to our secure system.

We prefer long term tenancies, as this gives you certainty and allows us to get to know each other better, but equally, we realise that some people are looking for something shorter term, so please do feel free to approach us about shorter lets (6 months minimum please).

Our shared properties make great stepping stones for someone aspiring to rent bigger and better - we operate family homes and apartments as well, and so are always happy to see tenants who rent rooms from us progressing on to bigger and better things and taking on a place of their very own.
