Brand new flat!!

Brand new flats at the Timbers in warrington, generous shower, balcony looking over the river. Parking is available with bus routes within a 2 minute walk.
I'm looking for a preferably easy going flatmate. The room is on the 1st floor with the rest of the living over the 2nd floor. There is a big kitchen living room that leads on to the balcony.

I'm pretty tidy and wouldn't mind someone the same.
I'm pretty sociable but I do also like my own space at times too.

The flat provides:
-dishwasher
-washing machine and a dryer available
-bike storage available

All bills are included. Fully furnished room with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and a comfy chair with use of anything in the kitchen.
