Lovely refurbished room in quiet area

I am a live-in quiet and respectable landlady who would prefer a female lodger with similar qualities. My home is very clean, tidy, and has recently had a new kitchen and bathroom and is in the process of carpeting the stairs, landing and living room. My home is situated close to the motorway networks and a short walk to Padgate train station which goes to Warrington, Birchwood, Liverpool and Manchester. My home is situated in a lovely, quiet, family area where people choose to stay here their whole lives. It is very safe. I am an early morning riser as I leave at 6.30am for work. I have a very timid rescue cat who you may never see because he is so frightened, in case you have any allergies.
I look forward to welcoming someone nice to my home.
Would prefer vegetarian but not essential.
