Due to my flatmate leaving, I need another person to share this beautiful modern apartment with, which will help me with the costs. It would be only you and me to share the whole apartment, which is very nice - not a crowded house.
It’s a clean and tidy place, lots of storage available and kitchen is fully equipped (no TV at the moment)
Bills would be included in the rent, you don’t need to worry about anything else.
If you drive, there is 1 parking space allocated for the apartment also! (I’m currently learning to drive)
This is a 2 bedroom top floor apartment with an American style kitchen-living room.
Perfect location if you work in town,
or even if you travel by train!
Bank Quay station 3 min walk, Central station 10 min!
Also some supermarkets like Lidl and Aldi are in a 10 min walking distance,
not to mention all the bars and restaurants that the town has to offer!😉
