Next to Asda/Lidl and the town centre shops

Can come furnished with a bed and drawers or unfurnished

Apartment has sofa and 55inch smart tv in living room, dishwasher, washer dryer ect
I need someone that will look after my apartment like their own, ideally something temporary until the new flatmate finds something permanent in the future (few months to a year ideally let me know if you planned on a different term) as I will want you there on a lodging only basis and not on my tenancy hence the price

I’m a happy social girly but my home is my peace and escape so no party animals or guests coming over every night.

No smoking inside the apartment but I am 4/20 friendly (within reason)
