And no more uncertain sky-high bills, with our all-inclusive pricing we have you covered for gas, electricity, water, and high-speed fibre Wi-Fi (you only pay your council tax).

Transparent Pricing and Convenience

Studios range from £825 to £1050 pcm. Couples are welcome too (for a small supplement of £150 pcm). Current bills we pay:
Gas £120, electricity £140, water £35, fibre Wi-Fi-£20, parking (if you have a car) £100. This totals £415, which is included in the total price of the studio. All our rentals are for a minimum of 6 months, so there are no long lock-ins.
