We have a stunning modern ground floor flat that has been fully refurbished with new flooring and a kitchen area with plenty of cupboard space, electric oven with hob & brand new family sized fridge freezer. We have automatic lighting fitted throughout the property so as soon as you enter the house or step out of your room it will come on. There is a professional cleaner that attends each Friday to clean the communal areas (hall, stairs & landing and the two bathrooms in the house).
