We have a stunning modern first floor flat that is being decorated. It has a lovely kitchen area with plenty of cupboard space, family sized fridge and new combi airfryer/oven/grill. We provide a new toaster, kettle and brand new bedding at the start of tenancy. Our previous tenant had their own massive L shaped sofa so we can provide a sofa at the start of tenancy if the tenant doesn't have one. There is an ottoman bed with plenty of storage underneath and luxury memory foam mattress. This is in a very quiet house close to Stockton Heath and the Town Centre. The house is strictly non smoking inside all areas including rooms but there is a covered area with bistro patio set outside with ashtray. We have automatic lighting fitted throughout the property so as soon as you enter the house or step out of your room it will come on. There is a professional cleaner that attends each Friday to clean the communal areas (hall, stairs & landing and the two bathrooms in the house). Monthly rent includes heating, water, electric, superfast wifi, council tax & weekly cleaner but not television licence which is up to the tenant to sort if they wish. There isn't a washing machine included but there is a launderette not far away which most tenants use. We also have another beautiful flat on our ground floor available. I cannot stress enough that this is a very quiet house with people who work shifts so if your a party person it's not for you! Would suit a professional/retired person. This is for one person only.
