We have a lovely spacious modern first floor flat available. It has a large kitchen area with plenty of cupboard space, family sized fridge and airfryer & microwave oven. There is a large leather recliner sofa & an ottoman bed with plenty of storage underneath with luxury memory foam mattress and a brand new mattress cover, duvet, pillows & duvet set will be provided at the start of your tenancy. This is in a very quiet house close to Stockton Heath and the Town Centre. The house is strictly non smoking inside all areas including rooms but there is a covered area with bistro patio set outside with ashtray. We have automatic lighting fitted throughout the property so as soon as you enter the house or step out of your room it will come on. There is a professional cleaner that attends each Friday to clean the communal areas (hall, stairs & landing and the two secured shared bathrooms in the house which both have showers/toilets/basins). Monthly rent includes gas, water, electric, superfast wifi, council tax & weekly cleaner. Doesn't include TV licence which the tenant can purchase themselves if they wish to do so.
