With a bus stop directly outside the front door, this property is just a few stops away from the town centre and the large Tesco superstore on Winwick Road. Located directly opposite the main entrance to the hospital, this location is ideal for any healthcare workers, but the property also has easy access to some of the largest employers in town - for example Amazon, Hermes and The Hut Group (Amazon is just 16 minute bike ride away!).
Wrapped up in one single rental payment, we are offering accommodation in a modern, safe, secure household, inclusive of all bills*, Wi-Fi and a regular cleaner. Our rooms are tastefully decorated and supplied with clean, modern furniture - which is why we attract working professional such as yourself.
For those people who prefer to keep themselves to themselves…all our private rooms have solid, secure locking doors, giving you privacy as well as some peace and quiet when so desired. For those who prefer to socialise, we also have a communal living/dining room where you can socialise.

1. Do you earn more than THREE times the advertised rent? Or have proof of funds to support your application (if you are a student)?
2. Is your bank account always in credit (not overdrawn) and you have a clear credit history (that means no active or satisfied CCJs, IVAs, bankruptcies or other debt recovery plans)? - NOTE: this point applies to all adults who will be living at the property.
3. Are you planning to stay for at least SIX months? Please state the minimum period you are looking to rent for?
