🏠 Who You’ll Be Living With
There is already one other lodger, but you’ll have separate floors:
You’ll have the entire second floor to yourself with the master bedroom.
The existing lodger is on the first floor, so you’ll each have your own space.
Shared areas: Kitchen, living room, and garden (all on the ground floor).
And as for me, I’m technically a live-in landlord but rarely home due to work, so for the most part, it’ll feel like you and one other person in the house.
🐾 Pets & Couples Considered!
Pets: If you have a well-behaved pet, let’s discuss it. I’m open to the idea, but we'd need to agree on how it works within the house.
Couples: A couple could rent the room, but due to the increased use of utilities and space, there would be a small additional rent adjustment.
🚗 Ideal for Drivers
Off-street designated parking – forget the hassle of street parking!
EV charger available for electric vehicle owners.
