Hello — I’d love to welcome someone into my peaceful, furnished home in quiet Warrington (WA1)—and yes, that includes four lovely outdoor cats who roam and bring lots of joy! I work Monday–Friday but travel for work and sailing, so you’d help keep the house and the cats cared for in my occasional absence.
Looking for someone who:
• Is an animal lover (cats are part of the welcome committee!)
• Enjoys a calm, respectful home — independent yet open to meals or conversation when our schedules align.
• Doesn’t mind minimal upkeep in a lovely garden.
• Prefers a smoke-free environment (vaping is okay).
About the home & share:
• Beautiful, furnished bungalow with a spacious garden and drive—plus shared broadband and a delightful kitchen for your use when I’m not cooking.
• One human housemate (aged 45–70), with no pets coming in—this is just for one extra person.
