Spacious Room Near Warrington Town Centre

Hi Everyone, here I have a large room with double bed and huge wardrobe for rent.
I've been living here for almost 8 years and hosted many people in that time. I currently live here alone and looking for a house mate!
Although the house is situated on a main road the room is at the back of the house and is very quiet.

The house itself is spacious with a large kitchen, dining room and living room downstairs. All amenities available immediately. Washing machine, your own fridge etc..
All areas will be shared aside from a toilet which will be yours only (and any guests that come).

Ideally I'm looking for a tidy, clean, working professional that's easy to get along with. I work a lot of time so the house is empty most of the week. I work as a musician and play guitar a lot of the time when I am in so if you hate music, maybe not the place for you haha

I'm very chilled though, I like the house to be clean and tidy to a reasonable level and that's about it really! Mi casa tu casa otherwise.
