We have a lovely comfy ground floor flat in a very quiet house to rent. We are going to update it but have placed ad to see interest then will work with the tenant on preferences. This has it's own kitchen with family size fridge. It has a double bed, wardrobe and drawers in separate alcove. We will purchase new bedding at the start of the tenancy. Also there are 2 sofa's (one of which we will be replacing with an armchair to free up room). There is a large bay window with blinds and a rail for curtains if tenant wishes. Underneath is a desk with drawers. There's 2 shared bathrooms and a separate kitchen with freezer, washing machine and dryer in. This ground floor flat is in a VERY quiet house close to Stockton Heath and the Town Centre. We have automatic lighting fitted throughout the property so as soon as you enter the house or step out of your room it will come on. There is a professional cleaner that attends each Friday to clean the communal areas (hall, stairs & landing and the two bathrooms in the house). We have British Gas cover so if anything breaks down like boiler/plumbing/drains/ electrics it is fixed the following day. Monthly rent includes heating, water, electric, council tax & weekly cleaner but not Wifi as the other tenants preferred to get their own. Would suit a professional/retired person.
