Two bed victorian terraced house in a lovely desirable tree lined street in Padgate, Warrington. Cheshire, not far from Bank Quay and Warrington Central Station so easy for Manchester and Liverpool or the university of Chester.
Small courtyard garden. Garage with the option to park in the garage as it on street parking.
Currently unfurnished as my last lodger had their own furniture so if someone wanted to bring their own furniture that would be fine. Or I can furnish.
Council tax band A. Council Tax included in rent. Gas and Electricity is pay as you go meter. Broadband not included, water bill is included.
