Spare double room

26-year-old working professional looking for a friendly, relaxed housemate to rent my spare room! 🏡 This is in a lovely quiet suburban area of Warrington, with great transport links to Manchester & Liverpool 🚆

I’m clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I work full-time, 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. I have a good balance between being social and enjoying my own downtime. I love good food and drinks (always up for trying new places or a little wine night in), but I’m just as happy with chilled evenings, a movie, or a nice walk to unwind after work.
Ideally looking for a comfortable, easy-going housemate who’s considerate and would get along. 😊

I am happy to buy a wardrobe, drawers etc for the spare room. A mattress will be purchased too. I just wanted to keep this as empty as possible for now in case someone wanted to bring their own furniture. As well as the areas photographed, there is a spare office room too which you’d be welcome to use!💻
