Current tenant seeking new flatmate

From Mid-October (maybe a bit earlier) there will be room at my current rented flat for someone to move in and replace my current friend and flatmate.

Apartment in Barton Court (WA2), located right next to central station in Warrington, ideal for train and bus routes and travel out of town (Commuting to Manchester / Liverpool etc). Only 2 minutes walk from Golden Square and all the other shops, restaurants and bars.

Apartment Highlights: Top floor apartment with horizon views out, tall ceilings throughout, spacious rooms, period features, free parking.

I’m a working professional Graphic Designer working out at the office most days. Also a musician, gym goer, explorer and socialiser enjoying the local community, coffee shops, restaurants and bars along with days out to Manchester and Liverpool. I enjoy a causal and social living atmosphere with good food cooking and vinyl records playing.

I am looking for a like-minded working professional to join me who would share some similar interests.

Room Rent £400 pcm
Bills ~£215 (separate to rent, so can fluctuate)
One-time landlord Admin Fee £50
Deposit <£450 (I can help contribute towards this and the admin fee if necessary as it involves my current flatmate)
Council tax band: C
*subject to landlord affordability checks and min earnings of £12k per annum.
