THE HOUSE IS ON 2 LEVELS with 5 bedrooms in total along with kitchen/diner/communal lounge, 3 bathrooms (1 en-suite), rear patio area. Centrally heated and double-glazed throughout. The house is only a 5 minutes walk away from Warrington town Centre where you’ll find many restaurants and shops including a large Asda supermarket, Next, Marks & Spencer, Debenhams, Starbucks, Costa Coffee, Nandos, Pizza Hut, McDonalds and many more. Car users – M62 motorway junction 8 – 10 minutes drive. M56 junction 10 - 10 minutes drive. Train users – trains from Warrington Bank Quay and Central stations to Liverpool, Manchester, London and Glasgow. Bus users – there’s a bus stop 2 minutes walk away.

YOUR BEDROOM IS A NEWLY DECORATED SPACEOUS ROOM on the first floor. Contains a fabulous comfy bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, writing desk, chair and lamp.
