Smart front living room with high speed broadband with large TV, sky and playstations 4. Large kitchen and bath and shower. I am out mist of the time at work, gym and seeing friends. So there will be plenty of time you'd have a free house. Equal access to communal areas, happy to treat it as shared accommodation and wouldn't expect you to just stick to your room. Also happy for you to bring guests within reason which goes both ways.

I'm professional working male who is very laid back. Keep the house clean an tidy. Previous flatmates I've got on very well with where we can easily spend time together and have a laugh whilst also having our own privacy and space
