Need a housemate. It's got to be the right person. The price includes it all apart from your food. You will be going on the tenancy agreement I already hold. I'm looking for someone quiet who who won't upset my very nice older neighbours. Smoking and drugs are an absolute no. Pets, I can accommodate a cat and that's it. Someone sleepy and easy to live with please. Kids, there is a second room but only for one. I'd have to re jiggle the figures. Council tax band is B but I've halved that as part of the cost.
