Runcorn Mon-Fri Room to Let

I have a room in my home, Mon-Fri, available from 3 Nov. Contractors are welcome!

What you could expect: This is a happy, friendly and welcoming home.
The room is a comfortable double, with double bed (divan with drawers for storage), wardrobe and bedside units. There is a TV available (with a freeview box) should you need it and the house has WIFI which is included in the cost.

What I would like: It's important to me that the person who moves in is independent, domesticated, reliable and trustworthy. A good sense of humour is also a bonus! You'd only be sharing with me, which should mean a nice chilled life, free of bathroom negotiations!

The house is within close distance of the TPS site and the Mersey Bridge construction sites. If you want to stay for less than 3 months, I can accept this at a higher weekly rate.

The house is well situated near the Weston Point expressway, within easy reach of the M56 for Chester and Manchester and 5 minutes from Runcorn train station.
