Contemporary professional houseshare

I have a fully furnished room with a single bed, to let in my modern, 3- bedroom house in the pretty area of Derby Road in Widnes. It has quick and easy access to all motorways in the surrounding area.

I’m looking for a housemate on a MONDAY- FRIDAY basis. Weekend or evening stays can be arranged for an additional cost.

The house is a contemporary new build, both spacious and comfortable. I have a lawned/ decked garden, accessed via bi- folding doors out from the dining area.

The view from the room is fields and you will have the sole use of the large shower/ bathroom.

All utility bills are included in the rent. I have broadband internet and off road parking, large enough to accommodate four vehicles.

I ask for a security deposit of £200 if you wish to take the room, which will be refunded at the end of the let, plus four weeks rent.

I am open to both long and short- term lets and just ask for a months notice when vacating ( and vice versa) so as to allow enough time to plan ahead.
