The property has 10 bedrooms, with 4 bathrooms and a separate toilet meaning there will be no more than 2-3 people sharing each bathroom

The property is in an ideal location in West Bank for easy access to Tesco depot and Stobarts and opposite Spike Island offering great views to some rooms. Spike Island also has free parking that tenants can use if the two spaces in the courtyard are full.
